Welcome to DeFalken Corp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of defalkencorp.com and any purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

DeFalken Corp sells the Anti-Theft Vehicle Device and related hi-tech vehicle security products. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any time, including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

3. Intellectual Property

The DeFalken Corp name, logo, designs and the Anti-Theft Vehicle Device are protected by U.S. trademark and patent law (U.S. Trademark #88879327, U.S. Patent #10596996). Nothing on this site grants you any license to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

4. Proper Use of the Product

Our device is intended to deter vehicle theft. It must be installed and used in accordance with the included instructions. DeFalken Corp is not responsible for damage, loss or injury resulting from improper installation or misuse. The product does not guarantee that a vehicle cannot be stolen and is one layer of a broader security strategy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeFalken Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DeFalken Corp is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one and applies to all orders placed after its effective date.
