Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your DeFalken Corp purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

2. How to Start a Return

Email info@defalkencorp.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

6. Exchanges

Need a different unit? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns requested after 30 days, or for items that show signs of installation, use or damage caused by the customer, may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
